Dinner is a great idea!! Okay question- I confirmed my acceptance on e connect but they never sent me an e-mail, do I have to mail in the paper part? I feel like I need to start reviewing Anatomy like crazy, it's been over two years since I had that class!

I agree!! I already live in Galveston and they have great places to eat. I know alot of students go to The Original, I honestly I have never been but I would like to try it out. It's right next to the school. There are also a few small places on the Strand.

mystme3 - I would send in the paper and confirm to confirm your acceptance. Since accepting I have been in touch with the office almost every week. They know me by name now. LOL

melanie12nicole - The original sounds good to me. I haven't been but, heard it's pretty good.

Registration? I thought that batch registered us at orientation.

o you're right i must have just assumed...all it says is semester 1, 2, etc...

I just looked at the tuition & fees page. It lists tuition With SUmmers Off, Resident/Non Living w/parents/not, but does not give the tuition for With Summers....confusing. Eager to know for sure. BTW Tuition is $50k+

ok...so i got my acceptance e-mail and wrote back saying that i accepted. i also got the official letter, but have not been offered to accept on e-connect...still says pending. is anyone else still waiting, or do i need to call? i know they said give it a week, but i saw that some of yall had already gotten the offer on e-connect. also, dinner sounds great, but my proud dad who is a nurse booked me on a cruise to go on before the semester starts, so if possible, could we do it before or after dec 12-19? he says i won't have time for a vacation after school starts, so i have to get one last vacation in..lol. on a side note...how is everyone doing with paperwork? ive gotten my immunizations done, cpr class booked, background check done, and finishing up micro! soooo excited!!!

also, if you go to the website under tuition and fees, its has 2 separate traditional programs: 20 month-4 semesters w/ summer off, and 15 month-4 semesters. We are the 15 month traditional group and do not have summer off. if we did, we would not graduate in spring 2012.

I am also still waiting on e-connect! I want it to hurry b/c I need to know how my financial aid is looking so I have time to get alternative loans. Also the financial aid ppl are so nice I spoke with them today!

We can definitely do FishTales....I think we should do it close to orientation time.

I still need to do my background check and CPR, but I work at a hospital so I'm sure they offer a class....*crossing fingers!
