I was looking at some old threads for UTHSCSA and I saw one comment that says if we received the supplemental applications, it means that we are officially admitted to the nursing school. does any one knows if this is true.

I saw that as well. I would love to think that would be the case for us but that'd be to good to be true. Who knows though maybe we'll be lucky! I swear I have never been this nervous/anxious/excited!! I want us to find out already!! Lol

Unfortunately I'm afraid that not everyone who gets the sup app will be accepted, but we can sure hope that there is a number of people who didn't wanna submit the sup app

I would say once you get the email stating that you have been conditionally accepted, then you are accepted- conditionally, that is.

Did anyone take in any paper work in with you when you did the finger prints and pics? Also are we supposed to turn in any paper work to the school or will the identogo company do that? Im nerv I use cause i never printed that form and took it in so im nervous ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you needed to have printed out the FAST form and they fill out the bottom section of it.

Thanks ...so do they keep that FAST form or do they give it back to us? Omg im freaking out...i hope if i taje it back to get signed they will still do it for me. I feel so forgetful. Ive been trying to do evrything right n i slipped up! DARN. hopefully they will do it on tuesday or tommorro thats if they r opened on saturdays. I just had my appointment today at 2:30pm

They gave me mine back, I'm sure they'll fill it out for you, it's basically a receipt for your records that also gives you a tracking number.. Your fingerprints and photo will be sent to the BON..
