On this assignment we were using websites to find the answers. we cited all of our sources on the last page. I didn't do any plagiarism.

My professor gave me a 0 for asking for help for this assignment that it was supposed to do independently. when the professor was grading my paper the professor told me that 1 of the answers was from a previous semester. I told my professor that i asked for help with that question and my classmates gave me the website where I found the answer later by reading the entire article. So I used the website to answer the question which still answers my question from this semester. apperantly i shouldn't have used the website which i stated on my answer sheet. I dont have any knowledge of the previous assignment questions. I'm not sure if i'm getting punished for asking for help or for answering the answer. i didn't know asking for help was not right or was wrong. Yes i asked for help to answer the question but they gave me the wrong answer. i didn't want to leave the question in blank. what do you all think?

i ask my teacher that i needed help and the instructor said. "sorry, i can't. i don't make enough money to help you." what is that even mean?

i did told the teacher that i deleted those pictures right away. the teacher gave us permission to use our phone to look for the meds, either if your have the apps or the drug book on your phone.

I was honest and i told the teacher right away and i deleted those pictures as soon as possible. My mistake was not showing the pictures to her and deleting them in front of her

I took 2 pictures of my patient's medications for my careplan without showing any name or any identification on the screen of my phone. (Just medications). When my teacher was asking me about my patient information i told her i took 2 pictures about his medications, my teacher told me it wasnt right so i deleted the pitures right away from my phone. later during the week i got notified i couldnt go back to my clinical until latest notice. I dont know what to do. i was been honest with the teacher and i made sure there was no name or any type of identification on the picture. Is this a hipaa violation? please be polite on your answers.

I don't want to be rude but I'm very disappointed of this comment about males getting more preferences than my girls, that one day they will be my best friends at school (this week) or in my profession in the future. good luck to everyone!!!

Super Nervous

I was looking at some old threads for UTHSCSA and I saw one comment that says if we received the supplemental applications, it means that we are officially admitted to the nursing school. does any one knows if this is true.
