UTA MSN

Has anyone applied to or currently attend the UTA MSN program? I've heard good stuff, and have applied, but still haven't heard anything. They said everyone will know if they were accepted or not by July 30th. That's a really long time to wait! If anyone is in it, what do you think about the program?

bump!

I'm in currently in the Online MSN Nursing Admin at UTA. I think that I they notified me about 7 weeks after I had applied to the program. I'm currently in my 5th class, I would say its very challenging to say the least. You'll definitely spend a lot of time reading articles and research for the classes.

I just graduated from UTA with my MSN in Administration/Education and I have to say that at times it was brutal but it is an accomplishment that I will cherish always. There were times that I wanted to quit but I am so glad that I made it through. Working full-time and studying full-time is a huge challenge. Like they say, what doesn't kill you can only make you stronger!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Congratulations! I am currently in an online RN-BSN and planning to take MSN Education at UTA next year after granduation. I am concerned about the clinical requirement. How long is the clinical period? How did you find your clinical site? Thank you.
