Hello fellow nurses! Can you please share some ideas on which states in the USA we can apply easily (easy means we don't have to have SSN, CGFNS, CE to be registered)? In other words, which state could we be registered directly after passing the NCLEX exam? And for how many months is the processing time? Thank you so much for your kind assistance! :)

Most require some form of assessment from either CGFNS or other approved company. Regardless average processing time for the paperwork is 4-6 months.
As mentioned many times it is better to look at the state you wish to live and work in and unless they require a US SSN apply there are requirements can (some states make allowance not to sit CGFNS when endorsing) be the same regardless on initial application or endorsement

Assuming you get your RN license without having to provide the valid work authorized SS# and there was no CGFNS, TOEFL, IETLS required or no other forms of English and course evaluations, no need to provide a valid and current PH nursing license AND you received the license without having to provide the BON with the valid SSN, are you currently able to start work in the States?
What is your acceptable form of work entry upon passing the NCLEX-RN (or PN)? Work visa? Spousal visa or ??
One of the questions on the application forms is something to the effect of "Are you able to work legally in the USA?" Some ask you to provide the SSN or working visa numbers or other approved work proof.
Or do you just need to pass the NCLEX-RN so that you can work in a calling center or other non-nursing job in the PH?
Hello steppybay.. Thanks for the response! Actually, my friends are planning to apply in a call center and the main requirement is 1st, to be a USRN. So I would like to ask if you know some states which we could easily apply and get license without the need of SSN, CGFNS, TOEFL/IELTS or any states you could suggest that would make our application possible.. :)

There is no state in the USA that meets your criteria.

Hi
Im a nurse in the phillppines and I have an ongoing EB3 immigrant application . My employers facility is in georgia and they advisee to start getting licensed there. I passed my NClex with CA BON in 2008 and du to lack of funds, I did not endorse to a state where they dont require ssn to get licensed. Georgia BON says SSN is require but I have a friend who has no ssn too but got a license from GA, she provided a copy of her pending immigrant papers to US. My friend was a CA nclex passer then she endorsed it to VT and to GA this time. I dont want to waste money by getting a license from one state and eventually endorse to GA later on. Does anyone have idea or experience endorsing their CA nclex result to GA BON ? were u successful getting a license from them? Thanks in advance
Have you tried talking to the BON?
I called them and the representative said I shoud go by licensure by examination and only when I got a SSN. I told about my friend getring a license without SSN and she said its a case to case basis. If I go by application by examination, I will just ask CA BON to forward my nclex result so they can waive the exam part. I was thinking of actually going by endorsement before I called the hotline. My reason is that, had i provided a SSN to CA BON then i could have gotten a license. I mean its only the SSN im lacking, all the other requirements were complete, but why cant I even endorse to GA? If I endorse to another state which dont require ssn, then its still a CA nclex result that im forwarding to that state. I dont want to go around transferring my CA nclex result from one state then to GA if I could go directly endorsing or forwarding my requirements to GA. I dont kn ow what to do, its just frustrating. Can anyone give me insights or idea which state is a good choice to endorse my CA nclex result before finally endorsing to GA, if ever I have to go this way?
I hope you can enlighten me silverdragon. =)
At the moment you have no US SSN therefore you have no license to endorse. Most people when using CA as their initial state have used the license by exam and then arranged with CA (for a small fee) to forward NCLEX results
