The PVT is a software glitch and not necessarily an accurate reflection of whether one has passed NCLEX or failed NCLEX. The most reliable way to know if you have passed or failed is to wait for official results, whether that is Quick Results if your state participates or a license number appearing on the BON website. The length of time that takes to occur depends on the state; I am not personally familiar with Texas.

If you're in Texas you can pay for the quick results.

I did the pvt got the good pop up and passed. It lets you enter in all your credit card info but once you press submit it says you are already registered for an exam.

I'm in Texas. Quick results are typically available 48 hours after testing. I tested on Friday morning and had my results Sunday afternoon. If I remember right it was around $20 for the quick results option.

Quick results are $7.95

This.

If you can, just pay for the quick results.
