how many are you using up to date in your practice, i would like to hear Pro's and Con's and is there something you prefer over another and why, thanks,

Its considered the gold standard in our practice and each of us have subscription.

I also have it on my iphone.

Could you elaborate on what "up to date" is... I am not a NP yet, (in process)... so that is something I haven't heard of yet.. thank you.

Up to date is good and bad. A lot of times you have a question and it just doesn't answer it. Sometimes it is good though. Other times it is very long winded and verbose and you have to porifice through pages of stuff to find the answer you want. Personally I don't really like it but there really isn't much else out there that is a good alternative.

I use it at least weekly in my full time nephrology position just to check things out. However, like wowza, I do not use it when I work in the ER because the pace is just too fast.
