You could contact school but they will probably send it back to you for signing anyway.

or send another one if you downloaded your application and re send it
You mean start from the top? download, filled up and let the school complete the form with stamp and dean signed??
Anyone who got the same mistake please advice me
or Any moderator pls help me
Do you mean you already have Envelope with your transcripts and have posted to the US but forgot to sign a form?
Can you be a bit clearer on what signature you have missed?
do you mean you already have envelope with your transcripts and have posted to the us but forgot to sign a form? yes.
i forgot to sign: request for transcript form part a. (to be completed by applicant)
Then I would suggest getting a copy of the form sign it and send it to the same address as the one you have already posted. They need your signature. If you have a phne number you could always contat them, tell them what you have done and that a signed form is on it's way

Everyone slow down. The signature was for the school to be able to release your records to CGFNS, but since you already have the transcripts in a sealed envelope, then there is nothing that the school is going to be sending out on your behalf. You already have taken care of that.
That form only needs a signature when you are sending it to the school to release the records; if they have given them to you already, then nothing to do with that form. No signature needed any longer as that page is not needed.
Nor sure specifically what application that you were applying for, but unless the CVS, where CGGFNS is required to obtain all documents; you are just fine.
