Hi all! I would like to start a forum for all the UNLV students who are applying for the Fall 2016 semester into the SON. Here we can all discuss and share each others' information, concerns, and anything else regarding the fall admission. Deadline to apply is July 1, 2016. So where is everyone at now?
I am taking my HESI on June 14th before I can do my signing session. I am really aiming for a 95% or higher on this exam to be in a good eligible range of points so I can be admitted. Has anyone taken the HESI yet? Any advice on all four sections? To me the more challenging sections are of course A&P and Grammar.

Hey bud I just took my hesi exam today and scored 92%. For math, grammar, and reading the hesi A2 study guide is extremely helpful . As far as ap goes I used ap crash course on YouTube .. Good luck on your exam

I thought there was 30 A&P, 55 grammar, 55 reading, and 55 math questions ?
I am also taking my HESI on June 14 !
Hi nurse_akali, it is true that there are 30 ap questions. When I took the exam it said 30 but stopped at 25. Also on my completion page at the end it shows that I got 23/25 correct . Hence the 92% for the ap portion. Hope that helps [emoji16]

I am taking my HESI on June 15, I believe oversight is correct with the question breakdown as I have asked this question to a couple friends. Can anyone confirm?
Hey guys I just did my signing session yesterday at the counsellors. I have 94.42 points. I was wondering how everyone else did. Also good luck on the hesi guys/gals . It was nerve wrecking until u actually sit down and start the exam. Good luck
I really hope the cut off for this semester isn't as high as this summers cut off with 92/93 points. How was the A&P portion in the hes like? I've only been studying out of my 223/224 lab books and some external notes. I take the hesi in 3 days
How is the signing session like? Do they calculate the points in front of you? And did they ever mention how many applicants they had so far?
