UNF Fall 2012

I have applied to the fall 12 unf nursing program and it said a letter should be mailed out on or before 05.25, thats tomorrow and I am having major anxiety. Have you heard anything more?

Did anyone apply to UNF for the fall '12 nursing program? Interview letters should be going out this week, but I haven't seen any talk about it on here.

That's all I heard. Just breathe. If you follow the Facebook pages updates when letters are sent. A little hint- you can check your my wings. As long as it says "departmental refer" you have an interview. It will change to "deny" if you dot get an interview. I got to the interview stage for summer but didn't get in. I was also applying to the accelerated program which was only 28 spots so I'm hoping for a better chance this time around. Good luck!

Do you know how quickly the status will change? Does it take a few days after letters are sent to update?

It should update before you get the letter. When she posts that letters have been sent you should check. At least that's how it was for the summer. I don't wanna say its a guarantee but if it still says department refer it should mean an interview. At least that's how it went on the thread for the summer

Since my daughter has made application for the fall, her wings acct has said "Department Refer", so I don't know the validity behind that meaning and the interview...

I don't wanna give anyone false hopes or guarantee anything. All I'm saying is that over the summer after letters went out those whose status' said department refer got interviews and others changed to deny

Has anyone checked their applications status? Any changed from department refer to deny/accept, etc?

Mine still says department refer so I am hoping that is a good sign. Still waiting on that letter though!

It won't change to accept unless you are accepted after the interview. However like I said before, over the summer if it didn't change to deny it meant you got an interview. I have no idea if it's the same for fall but I hope so bc mine hasn't changed lol. There are 104 interviews for 45 spots so out chances are looking good for at least a wait list spot.
