Greetings colleauges-

I am trying to start working on my Master's degree. I have been accepted to UT-Arlington, WGU, and Grand Canyon University. I am hoping for something in Healthcare Administration, Leadership or Organizational Development. I am trying to complete it in under two years, inexpensive, and not alot of test. I do not mind writing papers, but too many test freak me out. I am currently work in leadership/management of a unit. My ultimate goal is CNO. In need of suggestions and guidance. HELP!!!

Welcome to AN! The largest online nursing community.

WGU has my vote as I am 2 1/2 months in and am on my fourth class and about to start my fifth. I work full time night shift, have a family, and fit in overtime/work projects.

I LOVE WGU!!! If only I had know about the school when I was doing my BSN...

I don't love having to go back to school of course even though this is a personal professional goal for me but the work is challenging and I can't imagine ever taking a structured class again (as in every student spends X amount of time in a course no matter what)

It is self-paced, fully accredited, and gives you the option to accelerate depending on your individual circumstances and base knowledge of subject matter.

I am on course to finish in under a year which is equivalent to two six month terms that are just under $4000 each! Technically my employer will pay for the whole shabang if I can get it done in two semesters.

P.S. I am in the BSN ~ MSN leadership track.

Just wanted to say that I missed you!!! :inlove:
