UIC Graduate Entry Program

I have an interview as well for Adult -Gero Primary Care NP!!! Congrats to everyone!

Congrats everyone and Happy Friday! =D I also received an interview for Adult-Gero Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I was wondering if most of you would be interviewing at the school or over the phone/skype? Are many of you locals?? I'm from San Francisco.

I am a SF native as well...but I will be flying to chicago.

Did you guys call to confirm interview/set up time. My email said "I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected to continue to the interview process for the GEP Adult-Gero Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specialty. A representative from the specialty department will contact you shortly to schedule your interview." so I am not sure if I should wait to be contacted.

I am local so will be doing interviews at the school. If anyone has questions about Chicago or UIC (I attended UIC for undergraduate) please don't hesitate to ask!

I emailed to confirm that my interview choice went through on the poll. I was a little confused with the site so I wanted to make sure. For PNP, the coordinator sent out the email before A.S. did so I would wait until you get an email from the coordinator for your speciality.

If I can figure out some potential dates I can look at flights! My mind is telling me to fly out there but my bank account on the other hand....

Jmonkeyjen, my email said the same thing. I think I'm going to wait to see if they contact me later today, if not I'll call to try and set a date Monday.

I got an Interview for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Specialty! I am so excited! They also said they would contact me to schedule an interview but I haven't heard anything yet! Is anyone else in the same boat?

Yea i got the same thing for occ health, going to wait to hear from the department. I grew up in the neighborhood and live there now, as well as work at UIC. Congrats everyone on interviews!

What poll? I never got such a link. All I got was the faculty will contact me.
