UCF Fall 2012

Hi! I just wanted to start a thread for everyone that is applying for UCF's BSN program which will begin this Fall, 2012. I think this would be a great place for everyone to share their concerns, nerves about waiting, or questions. :)

So, how is everyone? Which campus are you applying to?

    Just curious, to those of you who were accepted in the concurrent program, when did you finish your prerequisites? Also, CONGRATULATIONS!

    Pricesspriya11, yes our orientation is in the middle of August, but I believe it is just for UCF BSN students only. The concurrent programs don't share the same orientation. Congrats to everyone!

    Hi Anxious101,I'm still in the process of finishing one prerequisite (stats). As long as you have finished 7 of the 8, you can apply. You just have to send them your final transcript before the program starts.

    I finished my prerequisites last summer. FYI the concurrent program likes to take people who already have an AA finished.

    Well talked with my advisor via e-mail about my plan of study. Got my UCF orientation info but still nothing from Valencia. Thanks Bella09 for the financial aid info.

    julierain - The UCF advisor told me to email the Valencia advisor about the orientation on the 20th since I haven't received the info yet either. Hoping to hear back from her soon.

    @julierain - I heard back from Valencia. If you haven't yet, email the nursing advisor right away. They send you a lot of information regarding orientation, background check, immunizations, etc.

    Hey guys! I just found out today that I've been wait listed for the UCF/VC Concurrent program. I'm going crazy trying to get everything settled and completed. Does anyone know how to complete the Health Sciences Program Application?? And does anyone know how I register for the transfer student orientation? Congrats to everyone who got in btw! Hope that I'll be joining you this year! :)
