Nurse2yu- CONGRATS!!! Sitting in San Juan airport on my way back from my (last) Vacation :) See you all on Friday. Soooo nervous :/

Princesspriya11- Congrats!!!! I love this blog....feel like I already know some peeps :) Bella so happy that you'll be at Osceola too! Going to St John Virgin Islands tomorrow....last vacation for a couple of years :) See You guys at orientation on the 20th....not that I have received that info officially yet! I can't believe I still haven't got the packet. She said that if you applied through Valencia then you would have received it but If you went through UCF (like me) then the 20 students from there- have NOT received it and will not until everyone has done what they are suppose to ie. apply to VCC, health science orientation, etc. So basically even though I'm good with my stuff- I have to wait for other people to get on the ball. Uggghhh I hate waiting.

OK- So I taked to Valencia nursing advisor again today. She said that no concurrent student for fall has received the info about immunizations, back ground, etc. She said everyone will receive it at the same time in about a week or so. AM I CRAZY or did you guys say you got it?? If anyone did, in fact, receive the info - can you please tell me what it says about CPR course (is it AHA BLS) what immunizations are needed??? Also, I found out that in addition to the 4 days a week at Valencia (mtwr) We also have class at VCC west for UCF on Friday all day (2 classes and a lab) 8-5. Also, you can take the Valencia classes at either west or Osceola. I am gonna try to get Osceola because I live in ST.Cloud. Anyone else?????

Bella09 - Still nothing yet!! Talked to ******** today she said I should be receiving the info soon. Ugghh I hope so. I want to get started on getting this stuff done.

Well talked with my advisor via e-mail about my plan of study. Got my UCF orientation info but still nothing from Valencia. Thanks Bella09 for the financial aid info.

Congrats to you too :) I received the MOA, signed it and sent it back. I want the checklist of everything I need to do so I can get started ie. which immunizations, physical, cpr?, fingerprinting, background check....etc. I wonder when we will receive all of that info. Maybe at orientation. Any idea how financial aid works since you're technically going to both schools? See you on the 20th. I'm the girl with the Dunkin Donuts coffee ....always:)

Hello everyone- First post on allnurses. After avery long and painful wait...I received my acceptance email the other day to the UCF/VCC concurrent program. So excited (and nervous) to start. I feel "behind" for some reason. faxed back my acceptance. Now what???
