Typical class session

What is a typical class session like? From the limited things a friend told me, it's basically M-F, 8-2. And school is continuous every week until you're done with the entire program.

What I mean from a typical class session is how much material do you cover in a day. Or I should say, how many different subjects do you cover in terms of Anatomy, Physio, Micro..and also fundamental courses.

I think it's a school by school basis. I stay in one classroom all day and only have two instructors and I know its totally different in some places.

Week 1 for me I sit in class all day from 8am to 3pm. We get two breaks and an hour for lunch. This is complete lecture time. We will study a module for 1 to 2 days then test out on it and move on to the next module.

Week 2 for me is Lab/Clinical the time frames very because it depends if its a practice lab, test out lab, or where we are at for clinical.

Then it repeats back to week 1, etc. etc.

My class schedule in the PN portion of NS is lecture from 5-9:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday. We had lab for 2 hours Saturday for the first 6 weeks. We cover units, and they usually take 2 days (one week of school) and we'll cover 1-3 units before we test.
