TWU Spring 2010

Is anyone out there applying to TWU for the Spring of 2010? Just thought that I would start a group for all of us hopefuls so we could share information and have a way to communicate with each other.

Have you taken your HESI A2 yet? Have you taken all of your pre-reqs? If not, what do you have left to take?

I have taken all of my pre-reqs, and I just took my HESI yesterday. I didn't think it was bad at all, but I prepared for it for about 3 weeks.

If you haven't noticed, TWU has made some slight changes that I think some people will not be happy with. They are taking into consideration the first grade made at pre-req attempts for several of the classes like A&P, micro, and another class. What do you think of this? I wonder how it will change the applicants chances of getting in?

ok i just called houston. whoever i spoke to seemed really uneasy, when i asked him he said uh yeah yeah yeah um it just takes time just be patient. so i'm not really sure what that means!

Does anyone know how long it takes for a system to come back in full working order after it crashes?? haha...

depends on the IT department and how quickly they get it back online.

when goopsy checked her email I did mine at that time but there was nothing.And I applied for houston campus.

Houston folks...don't freak out because in the past the letters were sent for Dallas first, and then Houston next.

In fact, Houston heard about 3-4 days after Dallas!

butterfly_journey, I called you to check your TWU email. I left a voicemail, but I am positive though that you can't understand me because I was freaking out lol.

You guys should call TWU now if you are because it's Friday...don't wait till Monday.

I'm confused was this an email on your pioneer portal email? I haven't gotten any email for houston.This is so unfair that they didn't just send emails to both campuses! My email was in error too.,but just keep tryna log in,but there isn't even anything in my account guys so don't worry!

OK HOUSTON GUYS I HAVE NEWS! i called Denton campus and I was told ONLY Dallas campus emails went out today,Houston emails for acceptances will be going out Monday so those of us who applied to the Houston campus have to wait 3 more days for emails! This is nerve wrecking I know!These last few days are taking forverrr,but hang it there guys!
