TWU Fall 2012 Weekend Program & Traditional

Hello Nela 87, since you experienced a lot from last spring 2012, can I ask like my TEAS is 74 and My GPA is 3.87, I have 2 A's out of the 4 first attempts. Is that competitive enough to get into? I wish I could do better on the teas exam :-( are they gonna send acceptance letter at one time or many times during a week? If they reject me, when will they send rejection letter? Thanks

Nela87-I thought TWU didn't let you retake the TEAS? I was gonna apply but I don't have nutrition & stats yet. Thipose are 1 of 4 classes I needed to take to get my 60 hrs. I'm taking them this Spring, as well as Govt, Hist, and Organic Chem. I've got a full work load. If I don't get accepted into UTMB or UTHSC, then when I reapply for Spring I will be adding TWU to my applications. I got a 76%, and thatsmy first time around score. My GPA is 3.6 for everything. My science GPA though is 4.0. Good Luck to y'all!!

I think you can only take it once per semester or something like that.

I too am applying for the Fall 2012 traditional program at the Dallas campus. My stats are 3.86 gpa, 3 first attempts with an A, and my Teas score was 78.7. I am soooo worried about my Teas score but here we go. Ahhh the waiting is killing me already! Oh an I am also taking patho this semester at the Dallas campus. Good Luck everyone!

i tried the nutrition didnt pass need to retake, took the TEAS for UTMB but need to improve my score, now i see you have to take it PSI which is 110.00 that sucks.

can I priority mail all my paperwork for them or transcript has to come straight form the school

i took TEAS last year messed up got a 58 overall, taking it on the 31st. my GPA is 3.6 last semester. did the applytexas an hour ago, should i send transcript automatically from school or priority mail in am

*Update-Took the Teas V Saturday, so not prepared for the science section. I definitely should have studied more. Overall score, 77%, I'm hopeful (fingers crossed). I'm waiting for the CON approval of courses from my first degree before I submit CON app.

Helllo everyone! I emailed ****** ****** yesterday and she said average score for last semester was 81%. Mine is 74% :-(. Twu doesn't do the point system so I really don't know I am standing on the list :-(

An 81% ??????????? Daaarrrrrrrrrn I made an 80.7%, at least I'll be considered...

But there were some whose TEASs were on 60s got accepted too, so I think it still depends on several factors. Ms.******* said they'll send acceptance/rejection letter at the end of March. Its gonna be a long spring !
