i'm a new grad. i really want to travel after my first year of and would love some advice on how to best go about doing so and which agencies are best. thanks

although i've never travelled(being an lpn, agencies don't generally hire travelling lpns), from what i've learned from a number of rns, you'll need at least a year or two of med-surg experience first. good luck and welcome to the profession!

Visit the Travel Nursing message board on this site; the people who do it will be the best source of accurate, up to date info.

Congrats on graduation :)

There are numerous agencies out there. I am employed by two. I would definitely recomend obtaining a year of experience in medsurg. It is an excellent foudation.
