Travel nursing

Have heard of a travel company that supposedly pays $1000 per shift, pays your flight and hotel and works prodominantly in California. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this rumor or is it just that, a rumor? also if it is true is it strike nursing cause not sure if im all about that.

Please Advise

Thanks

James

Travel nursing pays well, but I don't think it pays that well without a catch, like being strike breakers.

:nono: Yes, this rumor was true. I was contacted for one of these jobs, BUT it was to cover a planned California strike......Sanity prevailed and the strike was averted......NURSE BEWARE!!! You will earn every penny of that money, taking this assignment!!!!!! Up to 12 patients to care for, less than desirable support.:uhoh21:

You know the old saying- If if sounds too good to be true,.........
