Transition to the RN....how did you prepare?

Testing LS3 on Friday and Transitions isn't long after that. After spending all day/evening reading & note taking for Transitions, I would love to hear input on what you guys to prepare for this dry exam and HOW LONG. I hear it is all memorizing, and I don't see myself getting into the college network at this late stage of the ball game, but my fingers are tired of all of this note card writing & my book is one edition older so the chapters are all combined making sifting through the pages a real PIA. I just needed to step away from those crazy take-over-my-life LS3 notes for a day. My family is getting very anxious to get their Mom & Wife back...sigh.....!

I used SG101 notes and studied for about 2 days. It's a lot of memorizing! Good luck on testing this week!!!

Same as brenan I only used SG101 I studied for only a week, the subject is dry and boring. Good Luck!

And guess what I found out today, my CPR expired 2/2011.....my hosp not having another refresher until end of JULY! Oh, this makes things very interesting  I am going to call my local fire dept and see if they have a refresher, or see if someone in the OR is an instructor. LS3 tomorrow & Tranny next week....and now this  My bad for not checking sooner.

I actually didn't study for Transitions at all and I got a C. It was way to boring every time I tried to study I fell asleep! So I took the C and ran with it!
