To get into their pre-licensing program you have to either have an associate or a bachelor in a non nursing field or have all the general education requirements and science pre reqs completed. They do not give the classes there. Only the nursing portion.
You must obtains a healthcare provider CPR Card, create a personal statement, 3 letter of references preferably one in the medical field, you must take the TEAS EXAM. You will need to work with an enrollment counselor who will interview you to see if you are a right fit for the school because they are very picky who they allow in. They want to make sure the student is not in the course just because and they can not lack I their commitment to the online portion.
They prefer you have some medical background as far as experience and any medical certifications to give you a better chance at being accepted.
You will work with the enrollment counselor the whole time you are completing requirements up until your nursing packet is compete and ready to go before the committee to apply for the program.
You can visit http://www.wgu.edu and look in the health section, you will go to BSN prelicensing to get more information and the phone number to speak with a prelicensing enrollment counselor.
