I'm planning to take nursing at Herzing University to get my bachelor degree in nursing but after that I planned to transfer to a different university for grad school. How does this work since I've been hearing that herzing doesn't offer transfer credits and other institution doesn't accept their credits.... But since I'll be getting the certification of nursing in completing the 4 year wouldn't it not matter which school I plan to go for my master?

You don't "transfer" to a master's program, you apply for admission. You give them whatever they ask for application materials-- official transcript, GREs, letters of recommendation, whatever they want, by their application deadline, and they decide whether to admit you.
If they don't accept your degree from your undergraduate program, they won't admit you. Your question is properly answered by the admission counselor at the MN program(s) to which you plan to seek admission. If your target MN program(s) will not accept your undergraduate degree from wherever, I strongly suggest that you take your undergraduate work elsewhere, even if it means a delay.
Good luck.
