Feb 17, 201016 yr Genuine, sincere and able to witness the full scope of the human condition without becoming jaded or depressed.
Feb 17, 201016 yr I'd also add: - The ability to think critically- The ability to be flexible - The ability to prioritize and manage ones time effectively- The willingness to lead by example. ( Nothing gets you the respect of your STNA / CNA crew like being willing to get your hands dirty. - Knowing that in some ways you are not only the nurse to the patient in the bed, but to the family of that patient as well.
