I was wondering what to do for WOC education of staff.  What do you cover for new hire nurses (30 minute slides, shadow hours?). Do you have special sessions to work with the nurse assistants/patient care techs?  Do you prepare your own slides/emails or are they corporate? Do you teach your own inservices or have reps do them? What about patient education? (Hospital) Do you design your own education pamphlets?
