TNCC Course

Published

Hey Everyone!

I am fairly new to the site. I am just wondering for anyone that has done the TNCC courses, how to find information on registration for a course. I have been having an issue trying to contact the person that is listed for the course. I have emailed several times with no luck. There is no phone number listed either. I was not sure if there is another site besides the ena.org site to find registration information or not.

If you are unable to contact the course coordinator using the information provided on ENA website, you might try contacting the facility hosting the course. If unable to do this, each state ENA association should have coordinators for both ENPC and TNCC. Contact information should be available on the state ENA website.

You may want to post this in the ER forum, they would probably be more helpful.

I would recommend contacting the facility that is offering the course directly, and preferably at a high volume trauma center that is either a level I or II. The large trauma center education departments will also have a good idea of other locations that offer the course if you are in a more rural setting.

I moved your post to the emergency nursing forum. Definitely contact the facility, if you can determine where it is. I am a course director/instructor for TNCC, and a lot of inquiries end up in my junk folder in my work email. However, I am in the habit of checking for it!

You can also call the ENA and speak to the course operations folks, they can probably help you. The contact info is here: Contact ENA

Thank you everyone!

Sorry, I was unaware that there was an emergency forum. I was having a hard time even figuring out how to make a post. I did end up hearing from the instructor. I had to actually go through the ENA site and sent in that I was having difficulty contacting an instructor. They were able to contact her for me.
