some tips from experienced nurses please

:spin:

Hi all,

I am a new graduate nurse, I have been on the floor for 3 months so far. I would appreciate if you can recommend a good book to help me with critical thinking instead of me Freaking out a lot and not knowing what

to do when I encounter a change of status. I am still on orientation, yet faced several times to be on my own. I do my hardest to be safe and ask question so many times when in doubt. People keep telling me that things will eventually come with experience, I believe in that too, however, I still think if you guys know any tips or good book to read that can help with critical thinking, that would be greatly appreciated.

thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts.

God bless All,

Janna:uhoh3:
