Update:
i retuned to work this past week! After about almost 5 months of waiting to hear from the board, I heard back and they decided to settle with my lawyer! At first I was going to a hearing, but my lawyeee fought hard for me and saved my license. I don't deserve it, however I know I have learned my lesson. My probation was extended. Im very happy with my outcome. I want anyone reading this to know there is hope. I thought I would lose my career for at least 5 years, but I didn't. Hiring my lawyer was the best decision I ever made and money I spent. You absolutely need an experienced lawyer when dealing with the board. I thank God for his mercy and grace. I will be a better nurse and person because of this.

I have no idea who you are or what situation you are describing. Could you please give a brief summary of your issue?

If you click the OP's name, then click the threads he or she has made, you'll see the whole story. That's what I did to cone up to speed with the current post.
Will do. But the OP should have provided links to her other threads as a courtesy to readers who don't have her story burned into their brains. JMO.

^ I second gabby3's question. How long was your probation extended for? I'm pretty much going through the same exact thing as you sigh. Thanks for replying to the private messages. I sent you a second one as well if you could check it thank you!
