Update:
i retuned to work this past week! After about almost 5 months of waiting to hear from the board, I heard back and they decided to settle with my lawyer! At first I was going to a hearing, but my lawyeee fought hard for me and saved my license. I don't deserve it, however I know I have learned my lesson. My probation was extended. Im very happy with my outcome. I want anyone reading this to know there is hope. I thought I would lose my career for at least 5 years, but I didn't. Hiring my lawyer was the best decision I ever made and money I spent. You absolutely need an experienced lawyer when dealing with the board. I thank God for his mercy and grace. I will be a better nurse and person because of this.
