That was horrible!

Hi all,

I took my NCLEX today and I have to tell you it was the hardest test I ever took! I got to 265 questions but by about 180 I was wiped out! I know that I didnt pass:( I can feel it. I was so upset and exhausted by my 3rd hr all I wanted to do was finish. For review I did soooo many test questions went over rationals etc, etc. (None of the review questions were even similar to what I saw on my NCLEX test I took today) And I dont think any of it helped! I will find out on Wed morning if I passed but I am already looking into a review course. Maybe that will help.

I am extremely dissapointed:crying2:

Do not even consider a review course until you get your results, 85% pass the first time. So chances are on your side. Everyone comes out of the exam thinking that they flunked.

don't lose confidence!!:redpinkhe

Thanks Suzanne! You made me feel a bit more hopeful.

Everyone thinks they failed once they're done!! Good Luck! I'm sure you'll do great! Let us know when you pass...:)

i just mailed my reapplication form..i think i failed for the 4th time...

But really, I've been thinking about it and I have to ask myself, What does it say about an exam when everyone who takes it thinks they've failed but then again, 85% pass on the first try?

I haven't tested yet but I have heard people have passed at 265...God knows you earned it from the time you put in. It's hard to hear people passing at 75 with what you endured. Stay positive.

What books did you use for practice and how many questions did you do? I'm just curious.

I used Kaplan book/questions (did not take the review) NCLEX 4000 for all my practice questions. HESI book to study from.

Keep your head up it all will come to past these seem like the most trying times in our lives. Give it to you higher power when you feel that it is out of your control, only he knows best. In the mean time if things dont go your way dont just sit on it:typing
