To all of you brave men and women who are out there, or have been out there. You have saved lives not only in the field, but also here at home, by sacrificing your freedom so that students like me have the choice and ability to learn, live, and love. I hope to do right by all of you, by getting a quality education and taking nothing for granted.
From Kelly to all of you near and far, thank you, Godspeed, and God bless.

Gosh, thanks. And thank you for even considering the military - you sound as though that's something you may want to pursue.

It's a privilege to serve -- truly! Thank you. :)
P.S. carolinapooh, it's so nice to "see" you back here!!
Thanks! Not to hijack, but I was so happy to see you got in!!! I can't remember if I was around for that or not. And it sounds as though you're truly enjoying it as well.
LOL! No, I don't think you were around for that. I commissioned in March 2011 and I'm stationed in Georgia. Deploying VERY soon (9 months with a forward surgical team). Up for CPT, too. Yay! Good times.
That's a nice pay jump! Congrats!
