Here's my quess for an answer:

The pre test for employment at a hospital is more like a review of you CNA skills test. If you past the skills test without much trouble, you will be fine. It's kind of like the hospital is double checking.....

Or s/he is asking about drug testing. From that post, hard to say for sure.
