Did you register to take the test with Excelsior? Did you apply to Excelsior?

If they told you to reenroll then yes you need to reenroll. You need to register via Excelsior first then you get the ATT to schedule at PV

I just got letter from excelsior tell me eighty dollars to apply 1000 plus to enroll or 395.oo I must do 12 credits online from time off enrollment for the later does this make sense

Yes, it costs to be an enrolled student at EC (Excelsior College). You may want to check with local community colleges whether they will provide you a student ID you can use at a far reduced cost related to a private college such as EC. You may find enrollment useful to gather some general ed courses and use your student ID for Pearson Vue testing. When you closer to needing credits from EC, you can then enroll with them and pay their fees.

In addition, it is a little difficult to decipher your posts as you skip practically all punctuation. Not trying to be mean, but just trying you help you get better answers through clearer communication!

Best of luck!
