I just got letter from excelsior tell me eighty dollars to apply 1000 plus to enroll or 395.oo I must do 12 credits online from time off enrollment for the later does this make sense

I did apply a while back they told me to reenroll ,Do I nhave to enroll to test pearsuve needs student Id

I have a few questions how can I get the outline for safety and transitional from excelsior keep getting kick of and can I take my micro and a/p with eudkan college,i if not can I take those test before enrolling
