Hi everyone. I was thinking of purchasing 'test success: test taking techniques for beginning nursing students by P. Nugent and B. Vitale. I start school in the fall and was wondering if this would be a good read before then? Or should I save my money? (Yea its only like $15-$20 but daycare is killin me lol)

I use this book for a class I'm taking this semester. So far, it has useful information. If it's been awhile since you've been in school, it's a good refresher. It also teaches you how to break down nclex style questions. If you get a new book, the cd that comes with it allows you to build practice tests based in content, question style, and difficulty. That alone may be worth it.

I loved that book! I used it for my first semester & then sold it back to Amazon after finals. I recommend it.
