Test anxiety - accomodation for testing

Does anyone know how to get accommodations? extra-time for taking exams? if one is suffering from anxiety.

What is the procedure? How does one get diagnosed, etc?

    hi its called a 504 accommodation letter and it will follow all the way to the NCLEX so the sooner you get it the better
