I am getting ready to take my NCLEX PN test again it will be my third time taking it. I get test anxiety and panic pretty bad. Does anyone have any advice on how to help me calm down to take my test?

hi there!

i made this little attachment up at the end of my first quarter in nursing. i still stand behind it for my more difficult tests.

more than anything, get plently of sleep the night before the test and eat a good breakfast.

good luck!

You can do all things through Christ...............just need faith

IF you know your stuff, they cannot trick you...that is what I always tell myself.

Good luck to you.

Other good test-day strategies:

Wear your favorite outfit/underwear/socks/flipflops/earrings. Whatever makes you feel really good.

Eat well. Don't go into a test on an empty stomach and don't eat junk.

If know you will be nervous, plan a workout two hours prior to the test. Better than drugs.
