TEAS TEST

Okay, I took the TEAS test about a year ago and failed it by 5 pts! (I had a grandmother dying and math got me also!) I have taken all the steps to retake it. So this Monday I am going to take it again. I have put it off all this time because here is my problem..I have TEST ANXIETY so bad because I failed the 1st time! I keep on thinking that I have taken all these classes and was on a 4 yr waiting list for nothing if I do not pass! So what I am asking is has anyone else had the same Test Anxiety and please give me some advice because I am a wreck here! Thankyou!

You need to forget about the last test, because it has NO bearing on how you will do this time around. Think of it as a clean slate. Only YOU will determine how you do....study hard and you'll do fine. Get plenty of rest the night before the exam. Clear your mind before you begin. Eat a good breakfast the day of the exam. RELAX. Form an idea of what the correct answer is before you even LOOK at the choices. Eliminate answers you KNOW are incorrect first. Then, if you are still unsure, use the remaining ones to form an educated guess. Don't waste too much time on any one question.

If one answer choice is "all of the above", then: if you KNOW 2 choices are correct, they MUST all be correct.

Hope this helps. Relax, you'll be fine.

Definitely let the last test go! It doesn't mean anything now. When I'm taking a test, I put myself in a bubble and try and ignore everything and anything around me that isn't test related. Just try and get into that "zone". You'll do great!
