TEAS, please help...and fast! :) :)

Okay, I just took the online, paid, practice test and did AWFUL!!! My Science is atrocious (not good since I plan on being a Nurse, eh?). Anyhow, I certainly MUST study, but now am at my the peak of stressing and don't know where to start.

To those who have already taken the TEAS and done well, do I need to study anywhere else BESIDES the purchased study guide? I know the questions will be different, but will everything I need to know be in this guide in some way, shape or form?

I certainly don't have the time, energy, patience, or money to go out and buy a Life Science, Chemistry, and Biology textbook, you know?

Any help would be awesome at this point!

Thanks,

Sharon

You really need to know Chem and A&P to do well on the science section. No study guide is going to help you with those sections as they are so vast. The style of question is all the guide will show you. But then again I just breezed thru McGraw Hill once a few hours before my test, so I really didnt use the study guide, but I did take all my sciences before taking the TEAS.

I feel your pain. I had to cram for parts of the science info that I had not studied yet. If you know the areas in which you are weak, some of them may be on the Kahn Academy website. It offeres free video tutorials which I found really helpful. I like the way that guy teaches. I use it a lot for many subjects.

I won't say "don't stress" because we all do no matter what!
