Teamwork

Hello everyone,

Good evening.

My name is Sarah, I'm a nursing student taking a leadership and management course.

My topic is about teamwork. I have difficulty coping with my teamwork. What do you recommend me as a student the best way to make a healthy relationship with my teamwork i have look everywhere. I don't know what to do?

Everyone can feel free to share their experiences they had in their career.

Thank you, I will be eagerly waiting for replies.

This sounds like a homework question. However... look at the strengths of your players.

The question makes no sense. Also you have "look everywhere" ..For some reason I doubt that. Are you asking relationship with co workers? What is relationship with teamwork? Go ask people you KNOW are nurses. There is no way to validate whether you are getting an answer from an actual nurse on here. You also will have NO IDEA what experience they have. Get off the computer and go visit with people so you can explain where you got your "data" from.

Hi Sarah -

It appears from your previous post, also looking for assistance with homework, that you are not from the US and english is likely not your first language.

The comment on your previous post also suggested you present your ideas along with your question. So I would ask you: What do YOU think you can do to improve teamwork? Part of working in a team is knowing your own strengths and weaknesses. Start there and feel free to come back.
