Taking my nclex in a week, help!

Hello, I am actually an LVN. I passed back in 2015. Anyway, I graduated from my program November of 2016. I did not get my ATT not until like last week of January. I scheduled myself last week of February.

My school bought ATI for us but did not help me that much. I was basically doing their questions and their rationales suck!! So I told myself this is not going to work. I bought Self-paced review with Kaplan. I used the qbank for my LVN.

Anyway, I am not sure if I am ready. I have been reviewing like crazy! I did qtrainers 1-3 and diagnostic test prior to the content review. Here are my scores:

Diagnostic Test: 41%

Q trainer 1: 57%

Q trainer 2: 55%

Q trainer 3: 47%

RN Practice Test: 68%

Q trainer 4: 54%

Q trainer 5: 57%

Q trainer 6&7: (Reserving it for next week)

NCLEX Sample Test 1: 52%

NCLEX Sample Test 2, Priority Test 3, & Alternate Format 4: (Reserving it for this weekend)

READINESS TEST: 62%

They said 62% is 92.8% probability passing the nclex???

I am doing UWORLD too so far im getting 50s on there.

Scores look alright to me, Did you do Uworld Stimulation? I heard that's pretty accurate.
