Congratulations for those who already passed the NCLEX . I am taking mine in 2 days...I have to tell you that at this point, I am really nervous. I did good at my Qbanks and my Qtrainers are ok. I told myb self I'm reaDY but as I opened some NCLEX book, it feels like I didn't learned any and that I needed to study more. I got 2 days left and I needed advice:(

Everyone told me to relax the day before the test, i couldn't. I felt that i needed to be reading or doing more questions. And thats exactly what I did. And honestly when it came time to take the nclex on wednesday, I felt that I didn't know anything. Out of all that time and effort doing practice questions and studying, i felt that i didn't learn anything. But i obviously did, because I passed. So you just have to go in and take the test. Its true you might feel you weren't ready for it, but i didn't know how else i could've studied for the nclex. I dont know if this helped at all, but good luck to you. If you've practiced alot of critical thinking questions, then I'm sure you'll do fine:)

Yeah, I agree. I just took it today. Felt like I didn't know a darn thing. Feeling like I failed right now. Then everyone tells you that it's normal. And while it's mildly reassuring, it still doesn't seem to take the feeling away. You've done what you can do, so just go in there, sit your butt down, and answer the best you can.
Lots of luck!
thanks guys...I felt a lil better now. I just braced myselff just now and prayed to God to give me calm. I just hope it last till after my exam. Thanks for the support! Goodluck and more power!
goodluck! I hope I'll be done too.

I just passed the NCLEX last week & I really don't know if there is anyway to prepare yourself for it....of course you need to know "content", but don't overdo it! Focus on really knowing infection control & what precautions are needed for different diseases & the rest of the test was mainly priority Qs (which pt would you assess first). What helped me to relax was the night before the test I didn't try to study at all, but once I got to the testing center, I did 25 review Qs in the car.....Good luck to you...I'm sure you'll do fine!
