I doubt you will see much in the way of specifics posted here. Most of the time, people are (wisely) cagey and guarded about experiences such as this on such public sites like this board. People have been burned in the past for sharing details of certain situations on this bulletin board. Just my opinion. Good luck in your search.

I guess I'm the dummy here! I've been to court many times due to my job as a staff nurse in the ER. Most of the time it was due to my having drawn blood for a legal BAT. That's part of the job and I think many of us do that. Or...did I not interpret this poll correctly??? ooops!

I appreciate your response. Should I ever consider working in the ER, I will keep this information in mind. As a student (graduate in about 2 weeks) I don't know what I'm in for!:uhoh3: :)
