thank you CCL RN for replying!^_^ the unit said 8sw. (first hill campus) and yes i had the HR interview already.. i will be having an interview with the manager.

The questions will be similar to the HR ones..,nothing really clinical. Tell me when you went above and beyond customer service, tell me when you embarrassed by a dr and how you handled it, etc. They want to see your behaviors and how you process and respond to situations. Have a few good scenarios in your head that you've experienced.

Do you like SEIU 1199? That is also our union. I was on the neg. team this last negotiations. I'm not to happy with their communication at this present time.

We base our wages on Swedish pay scale, so do well.

im really thnkful for your reply cclrn.. i really wanted this job.this is my dream.. i hope that they will give it to me...^_^

This is my first union job, so I'm not sure honestly. We are still in negotiations, and I see a picket list going around, so it must not be going so well....
