Suspended

I need help. Recently I looked up my CNA certification and it was suspended. I'm worried because I am a nurse now. I don't know the reason but if anyone can help me figure out how certifications gets suspended, it would really help. I'm super confused because I havent worked as a CNA for months, is it because I havent been employed as a a cna?

The only people who can answer this question are the people who suspended your certification. Give them a call. Good luck.

Make a few phone calls. When was your cert to run out? Do CNAs need recertified?

No you would need to be notified if a facility were taking adverse action against your certificate, so it would not be a surprise. Just call Prometric and let them know you are a Licensed Nurse.

Were you working as a CNA? Did anything ever happen? Maybe you just didn't recertify..
