Hello everyone
You must have heard about me and my controversy some month back on the topic about evangelism.
Am glad to say that through this medium and also your comment on that topic, my view about the "Nurse patient relationshipal has completely changed for the best.
My aching feeling today is what I keep hearing about nurses not caring for each other and also how the board turns their back on a RN after some incompetence forgetting that we human also.
Secondly I need to know why are some Nurses not bring to the attension of the patient relatives that they are nurses and not doctor, if at anytime thay are called in time of emergency
Finally can I administer a Manitol without a urinary catheter

You seem to have a misunderstanding of the role of Boards of Nursing. Their purpose is to protect the public, not the nurse, BONs are expected to ensure that incompetent nurses are prevented from harming patients, not console the incompetent nurse.

Me thinks these are homework questions all in one post.
I really don't think so. This person has posted in the past (under another name) and gotten into some deep water on AN debating what the nurse's role is regarding evangelizing at the bedside. In Nigeria, spirituality/religion's place appears to be a bit different than here, and that was the discussion.
COULD be homework help, true. But not so sure.
English as a second language can make anyone's message a bit muddied on an online forum :)
OP...you did write on your profile you have 2 years of experience...but you are still a student. How is this?
