Tweety hope today's shift isn't too bad

Stars I imagine that the social worker will likely be able to point you to some resources

Fairly ordinary Saturday yesterday. Did bird watching then came home and made brownies. Had lunch with dad, did laundry, and worked on my shopping list for next week

Today will be at church early as I will be the assisting minister. My friend D will be there for the first time in a long time which will be nice. Later will head downtown to meet my friend B for lunch and to visit a museum at one of the universities

Will be a cooler day in the upper 70s

    Stars, tomorrow is Labor Day and you might have to wait a day.

    Busy day with no secretary and there was buzz about pulling a nurse mid-shift but didn't have to happen. My last overtime shift for a while I hope. I'm really tired and feeling old. My back hurts. LOL.

    Glad tomorrow is Labor Day because it is just after 2 AM and I am watching a couple of episodes of Masterpiece Theater on PBS, a cute show about three suburban British ladies who are doing a better job at solving a murder mystery than the police. At first the cops were not happy with their 'interference', but because they were doing a better job at finding out clues, they were hired on as consultants about the murder/crime. The whole reason I started watching is because I saw the name Rita Tushingham in the opening credits. She was Lara and Dr Zhivago's daughter, seen toward the end of that movie of the same name. I can't remember the name of the other movie I saw her in, way back in the day, but I'll bet my sister remembers it.....maybe!

    Anyway, now I can finish this particular episode and I will be able to sleep late tomorrow without feeling guilty about it! And because I won't have to think about 'the housing situation' for a whole day!
