Study material for A&P and Micro exam

I have to take A&P and Micro over because they didn't transfer and I am going to take them through Excelsior. Do anyone who have taken these exams have any advice as far as what material or studyguides were helpful. Thanks in advance.

Someone just recommended the microbiology coloring book to me a few weeks ago and I bought it from barnes and noble and also got the A&P coloring book they have great reviews on amazon and its working good for me so far. Good luck!

For Micro I used this:

Plus, I bought a book - ISBN 0-8053-7613-5 you can look here: http://www.amazon.com/Microbiology-Introduction-Gerard-J-Tortora/dp/0805376135 I got my copy for $8 on half.com - it goes very close to the study guide. Also, I found it very easy to read.

For A&P I used the book I had for my LPN class, plus I took a book from my local college library (I just came to the library with the study guide and found the book that I liked).

Good Luck!

Are you still doing Grady this weekend? If so I have a micro book you can have, I have already passed. If you are planning on bringing your laptop I'll see if I can get my Studygroup101 micro on a flash drive for you.

Hello Tiffany,

the library is a good place to find older versions of the recommended text which worked well for me...I hope this helps.
