i am wanting to study nursing the pi at ust. one of the reqs. is to obtain an 'alien registration certificate' (acr). i was wondering where i could get one of these.

hello there, contact the nursing school in the philippines that you want to go in. you need an acceptance letter from that school in order to get an acr. its a really long process, so you might want to start calling or writing them asap...you might want to contact your local philippine immigration/consulate office in your home state. it took me six months before my acr was granted..if you have any more questions, pls. feel free to pm me. goodluck.
