Structural Heart Help!

Hi All,

Our organization is looking to build a structural heart program from the ground up, plans for building a hybrid room.  Our lab is young with no experience with TAVR, Mitra Clip, Watchman, etc.  Does anyone have any references that I am able to reach out to for more information, criteria, any education slides, vendors, anything ? and the amount of work that goes into this?  How does the staff get trained? What goes into this? I have read you need a coordinator, research nurse, etc.  Please help!
