Can anyone give me any resources or info on a stroke 2 diet? I have a resident returning from rehab that will be on this diet and I can't find any info on what it actually consists of.

never heard of it, why not ask dietary at the facility he is coming from? surely they know what diet this is, since this is what he was/ is getting there.
